01 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ack365 ("ack365", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ack365 online gaming platform available at https://ack365.net and any associated mobile interface (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing the Platform — whether to browse, register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, play a casino game, or use any other feature — you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety, that you are of legal age to gamble (18 years or older), and that you accept these Terms without reservation. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.
02 Eligibility
To register and maintain an account on ack365, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. ack365 strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by minors. Age verification documents may be requested at any stage of the account lifecycle.
- You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited for your personal use.
- You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on ack365 or have been permanently banned from the Platform for a prior violation of these Terms.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
- You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as an agent, proxy, or representative when registering a personal account.
ack365 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documentation from any account holder at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of any associated funds pending review.
03 Account Registration
3.1 Single Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold one (1) ack365 account only. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same name, the same email address, the same mobile number, the same device, the same IP address, or through a household member — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ack365 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit any associated balances, and permanently ban the player from the Platform.
3.2 Accurate Registration Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration. This includes, without limitation, your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and any other information requested on the registration form. You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate at all times. Any material change to your personal details must be reported to the ack365 support team without delay.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ack365 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. ack365 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact the ack365 support team immediately via live chat or at [email protected].
3.4 Account Verification (KYC)
ack365 reserves the right to implement a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, or other supporting documentation. Accounts that cannot be satisfactorily verified may have deposits, withdrawals, and betting functionality restricted until verification is complete.
04 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
ack365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on ack365 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ack365 does not apply currency conversion fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which ack365 accepts no responsibility.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply and will be displayed at the cashier at the time of the transaction. ack365 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time and without prior notice.
4.3 Deposit Processing
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the player's ack365 account balance within 60 seconds of the transfer being confirmed by the sending institution. Bank card deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect. ack365 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's financial institution or mobile wallet provider.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the ack365 payments team and processed to the player's nominated withdrawal method. Standard processing time is 1–3 business days, though ack365 endeavours to process the majority of withdrawals within 24 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed if: (a) the account has not completed KYC verification; (b) the withdrawal triggers an internal compliance review; or (c) the player has an outstanding active bonus with applicable wagering requirements.
4.5 Prohibited Funding Sources
You must not fund your ack365 account using a payment method that does not belong to you or that is in another person's name. Depositing using third-party accounts, stolen financial instruments, or proceeds of illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and referral to the appropriate authorities.
05 Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
ack365 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the scope of that promotion only.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion-specific terms. Wagering contributions may vary by game type — for example, slot games may contribute 100% to wagering requirements, while certain live casino table games may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the promotion terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
ack365 monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing low-risk or arbitrage bets solely to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play intent; and coordinated abuse across related accounts. ack365 reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel pending withdrawals, and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
5.4 Bonus Expiry
All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of crediting, as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be automatically removed from the account balance.
06 Game Rules & Betting
6.1 Sports Betting
All sports betting markets on ack365, including cricket, basketball, football, and kabaddi, are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, as published in the ack365 sports rules documentation. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. ack365 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, and adjust odds where: (a) an event is abandoned or materially altered; (b) an obvious pricing error has occurred; or (c) ack365 has reasonable grounds to suspect match manipulation.
6.2 Casino Games
Casino games on the ack365 Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, and specialty RNG games — are governed by the rules of the individual game as defined by the game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and others). Game rules are accessible within each game interface. ack365 does not modify game outcomes; all results are determined by the game provider's certified random number generator (RNG) or by live dealer procedure.
6.3 Bet Voidance
ack365 reserves the right to void any bet or cancel any transaction where: (a) an obvious system or technical error has resulted in incorrect odds or payout amounts being displayed; (b) a bet has been placed on a suspended or incorrectly listed market; or (c) a bet has been placed in connection with suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, the stake amount will be returned to the player's account balance.
6.4 Disconnection Policy
ack365 is not responsible for bets or game rounds interrupted by a player's loss of internet connectivity or device failure. Where a live casino game round or sports bet has been partially completed at the time of disconnection, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the platform's standard disconnection policy, which aims to resolve the round based on the last confirmed game state received by the server.
07 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ack365 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Registering, operating, or maintaining more than one account on the Platform.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
- Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
- Depositing funds using a payment method not registered in your own name.
- Using automated bots, scripting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical or electronic means to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
- Placing bets on both sides of a market simultaneously across multiple accounts (arbitrage abuse).
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to process the proceeds of criminal activity.
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for personal financial gain.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing ack365 staff or other players via the support chat or any other communication channel.
08 Responsible Gaming
ack365 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire player base in Bangladesh. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining leisure activity. ack365 provides the following tools, available free of charge to all account holders:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limits take effect immediately upon being set and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period.
- Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automatic time reminders that notify them of the duration of their active gaming session.
- Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom period), during which the account cannot be accessed or reactivated.
- Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from the ack365 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed without question or delay and will be honoured within 24 hours of the request being received.

09 Intellectual Property
All content on the ack365 Platform — including but not limited to the ack365 brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other visual or audio elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of ack365 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ack365 Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to: reproducing, distributing, publishing, reverse-engineering, decompiling, or creating derivative works from any part of the ack365 Platform; using ack365's trade marks or branding in any manner not expressly authorised in writing; or scraping, crawling, or data-mining the Platform by automated means.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ack365 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services.
ack365's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ack365 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.
ack365 does not warrant that the Platform will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, force majeure events, and third-party service failures may cause temporary unavailability of the Platform, for which ack365 accepts no liability.
11 Privacy & Data
ack365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account on ack365, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the use of your data for account management, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.
ack365 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. ack365 may, however, share your data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and law enforcement authorities where required by law or necessary to protect the security and integrity of the Platform.
12 Amendments to These Terms
ack365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, ack365 will provide reasonable notice to active account holders via the registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will indicate the effective date of the update at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the ack365 Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with any revision to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting the support team at [email protected].
13 Governing Terms & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. ack365 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in all jurisdictions, and it is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your location.
In the event of any dispute between you and ack365 arising from your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact the ack365 support team via live chat or at [email protected] to attempt resolution in good faith. The ack365 support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6), and will endeavour to resolve all disputes within a reasonable timeframe.
ack365 maintains an internal complaints procedure. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your support escalation, you may submit a formal complaint in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and a full description of the issue, the outcome you are seeking, and any supporting documentation. ack365 will acknowledge formal complaints within 3 business days and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
